30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every GarageRig product. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged due to misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@garagerig.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will send a replacement at no charge. Email support@garagerig.co with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Warranty Claims

All GarageRig products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims do not require a return — simply email us at support@garagerig.co and we will arrange a replacement or repair.
