Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $50.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International orders are shipped via standard international carrier and typically arrive within 10–18 business days. Import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@garagerig.co.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your building's mailroom. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@garagerig.co and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email support@garagerig.co with your order number and photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@garagerig.co. We can only make changes before the order has been picked up by the carrier.
