Welcome to GarageRig. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GarageRig website, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • All billing information supplied is accurate and complete.

GarageRig reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or abuse
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Pricing or inventory errors
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Patterns consistent with reselling without authorization

If your payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping, Customs & International Orders

GarageRig ships to multiple countries. Delivery times provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities unless otherwise stated at checkout. GarageRig is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of that policy.

⚠️ GarageRig reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds where abuse of our policies is suspected, including but not limited to fraudulent claims, excessive return frequency, or misrepresentation of product condition.

Intellectual Property

All content available on this website — including but not limited to the GarageRig name, logo, trademarks, product names, product designs, images, graphics, videos, text, software, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of GarageRig LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GarageRig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the GarageRig website or products, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting GarageRig at support@garagerig.co. GarageRig will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving written notice.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English, in Kalispell, Montana. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

⚠️ You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Force Majeure

GarageRig shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, government actions, pandemics, or failures of third-party service providers.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kalispell, Montana, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
